I joined Skinny Body Care a company developed by Mr. Ben Glinsky. I am wonering. Since I am one of the company distributers, would I have access to company financial records, to verify that all proported income that has been derived thru the sale and or distribution of the company's product
has been properly distributed to all members of the company as stated in the company's agreement?

Depends on your contract but generally no, or at least not until you succeed in a lawsuit where improper handling of company monies is an issue. So the first thing to do is look at your distribution contract and have an attorney review the situation with you.
If you are with Skinny Body Care and are questioning Ben Glinksy, trust me he will never ever tell you the truth about anything,
ReplyDeleteCheck out the current lawsuits he has pending against him. Apparently according to these court filings Ben Glinsky has never had the right or authority to sell the product Skinny Fiber nor use the trademark name Skinny Fiber
