Hi, my boyfriend was arrested Tuesday night for burglary. The cops said he would be out in a few days but turns out they didn't let him out because ICE has a hold on him. What can happen? He's been here for 10 years, we have 2 citizens kids, and he was going to school. He had been arrested for aggravated assult with a deadly weapon but those charges were dropped and he has shoplifting on his record.
