I had a room mate who signed a lease with me but jus moved out on me can I sue her for her half of the rent she was obligated to pay

Right now based on your limited information I would take the lease to an attorney for review. Assuming you and she signed it but no other agreement, each of you could be deemed responsible for 100% of the rent, and you may be responsible for attempting to "mitigate" your own damages by attempting to sublet and/or find a replacement roommate.
