Question

I have filled all my paper work for my pro se divorce in the state of texas. the day of the hearing i was told my paper work was not in order. in what order am I suppose to fill with court and which ones am i suppose to present to judge the day of the hearing?

Answer

This is why it's a good idea to hire a lawyer - to keep from having to go back to the courthouse over and over. Also, you want your decree to be "bulletproof."

Without knowing more about your situation, it's impossible to tell you what the problem is with your "paperwork." A divorce involves a petition, a citation (sometimes), a waiver (sometimes), and eventually, a decree.
