I was denied Ue for refusal to do a job, which was not in my job desciption, but did in the end agree to do the job, came home to get proper clothing only to be told when I returned I was doing something else, 2 days later I wax called on the phone and fired

The information you supplied needs to be supplemented: (1) how long were you on this job? (2) how long were you on the job that immediately preceded this job? and (3) who denied your claim, and why? Presumably, the claim was denied based on something your former employer conveyed to the DOL, such as you were terminated for failure to follow the employer's directions. The denial form that you should have received should also have advised you of the reason for the denial and that you have the right to a hearing to contest the denial.

This situation does not feel right. Either you're being taken for a ride (in which case you should speak with a lawyer) or you're not being forthright, in which case you need to re-examine what brought you to this sorry state of affairs.
