I own a home with my ex wife. I pay the mortgage as part of our verbal agreement. I also pay her $250. a week. She is going to be remarried in a month so I need to get out from under the house. I did her a favor and kept paying on the house because I wanted my children to have a decent place to live. I know I overpaid her but now it is time to eliminate this issue. How to I get out from under this house?
