Is it legal for an online retailer to charge me more than authorized just because it says "prices subject to change without notice" on their website? I ordered four items at 3.50 each and was sent an email confirmation. When the package came, the items were slightly different than shown on their site, and they charged my credit card 4.25 per item. They claimed that I agreed to it because I "used" their website and "understood" their policies by using said site. It doesn't seem right to me that they can change their price AFTER I have placed my order. I am in MN, the site operates out of CA.
