my boyfriends sister was appointed power of attorney and it didnt work out. Now he lives with me and my mother. Is ipossible for my mother to get powerof attorney over him? and if so how?

Mr. Slater is correct, becasue your boyfriend (if he is an adult and competent, can simply revoke an earlier PoA and grant a new one; he should also inform everyone he can think of about the change, for example banks. But if your boyfriend is not an adult or competent, then we're not dealing with a PoA and the process is complicated enough for you to use an attorney.

He has to execute a revocation and a new POA.
