i bought properties in the Sacramento area with my 401K money that I took out from Fidelity to form a Solo 401K. I was told those properties were vested incorrectly, that they should have said "Alfonso 401K" instead of my full name. Now title companies are refusing to help me because they said they don't handle closed deals. Where do I go to correct this?
