In Texas, I hurt my back at work.Was getting checks for WC, then Ins. carrier denided my claim.. My docter appoiment was cancaled. If I am not under a Docters care at yhis time, can my work fire me, before I get to WC Docter?

call us or any work comp lawyer. your work employer and the work comp insurer are different..if u can't work the employer does not have to keep you nor keep a position open..

But the insurer had to give a reason for denying the claim..is it because your work claims you were not hurt there??
