Question

My divorce case is in County of San Diego.

I have an attorney representing me, whereas my spouse is Pro Per. Is it OK to file an MSA and Appearance, Stipulations and Waivers with just my spouse and my signatures? Or do we require signature from my attorney as well?

Answer

The court is going to expect your attorney to sign as well, if your attorney is attorney of record, and not under some sort of limited scope agreement.
