My ex and I own a house. The contract was up last Novenber. Unknown to me, she signed a renewal with the agent and lowered the price $16,000. First, can she sign the renewal without me to extend the contract? Second, don't you need the signatures of both parties on the mortgage? Thanks.

Your question is very confusing. First you are talking about a listing (I think) which to renew would require both signatures if the house is in both names. Next you talk about a mortgage which may require both signatures depending on the title. I suggest you contact my office and set up an appointment.
