Can I get an impartial analysis of my child custody case?
Answer
From who? Hire an attorney and pay him/her to review your case and give you an opinion as to the merits, the likelihood of success and what it will cost if the attorney represents you.
Answer
I agree with the previous post. Your attorney will review the facts of your case and let you know the odds of success.
If you can't afford an attorney, I would suggest that you contact your local bar association to see if you qualify for a free attorney.
If you would like to retain a lawyer, feel free to contact me to discuss this case further.
