I was arrested in New Jersey in 1988 for 3 joints worth of marijuana and very little cocaine. I went before judge few times had to attend some NA classes, might have paid a fine, and case dismissed "sealed". It has now come up on backround check and I need to explain the situation and have no paperwork on case. Would it have been possession, misdemeanor or ????
