i am being accused of theft by check that i did not write the dl number on check not mine the name or birthday are not mine i told them about a case pending where a forgery case was pending on some of my stolen checks but he wont listen

If you have a warrant, post a bond and hire a lawyer and let the lawyer get the bank information and any related offense reports.
