My Ex-husbands wife says that she is going to sue me because i responded to a message he had sent me saying "that i wasnt women enough to have a baby because his new wife is pregnant" so i responded back that "how do you even know if that is your baby maybe its not even yours and she probably married you because she wants her citizenship but i guess its not going to work because we werent divorced for enough time and you guys got married" but that was just an opinion and a respond i was not stating a fact. Can she really sue me for that??
Answer
It's not actionable, but that doesn't mean that she "can't sue you." People file frivolous lawsuits every day.
But I'd bet you $100 that she won't file ANYTHING.
