I am on H1B status.Waiting for my priority date.My wife filed criminal case against me in India.The case is non bailable, cognitive and compoundable.I need to get my H1B and passport renewal a year after.I heard from my lawyer in India that Interpol issued Blue notice along with passport impounding and also declared international LOC.

What are my consequences for my H1B and GC processesing ? If passport is impounded will i need to go to India?
