Hi i got arrested for theft by unlawful taking under three hundred i was wondering how long i would get for that consedering that i have already been charged with this befor plus harrasment is there any chance they wont give me more jail time since i know i have to do 90 days already??? Thanx!

You face up to a year on the theft case, so you could possibly get that much time. Now whether or not you get that much is between you, your attorney, and the county attorney.
