I am being investigated for two benefits that I did in my area that broke even. I have all of my backup and canceled checks etc...anyway the person who made the claim has nothing to do with any o the benefits and is a PERSONAL friend of the detective who is investigating me. Is this a conflict of interest?? I want to file a complaint with internal affairs...do I need an attorney to do so??
