Question

To whom it may concern: Topic a guess on my part. Let me open by saying I am a layman posing my question about multiple anomalies in my own case. To wit, what are the penalties, if any, and legal consequences of a County Clerk docketing a lawsuit without a filing fee after having failed to

verify a legimate affidavit to proceed as a poor person and with no judge assigned to the case, i. e., no certification or denial thereof provided at any time? I have spent several days pursuing this con-

nundrum but find no meaningful info on the web. Sincerely, Ashley Flynn

Answer

The courts have people to guide pro se litigants
