What if antifreeze gets in the car gas tank?
You will not be able to start a car. If it's started the engine eventually will stole. It's a big headache to clean such stuff out of the fuel system. Basically it will not harm the system in a short run. But if you don't take care of it. It will create a lot of expensive problems in a long run.
If decide to clean the system don't forget to replace the fuel filter when the system gets clean.
