I been switch of location an now they want to lower my salary, can they do it?... I am a salary employee. My change was three months ago.

I assume that you are an at-will employee in the state of California, without a written employment agreement.
Under that assumption, your employer can lower your salary. I realize that this may sound unfair, but that is the law in California.
