I bought a mobile home 6 months ago. The title i recieved was not even in the sellers name. when i took the title to DMV they told me that the title was voided due to the erasures & mutilations on it. There are also back taxes on this mobile home. I just need to know what to do. I need some legal advice because this mobile home was illegally sold to me.

What part of Delaware? If you are correct the seller didn't honor your contract and you are due damages for breach of contract and maybe fraud.
