if i live in a different state than my seperated husband can i file for an uncontested divorce without a job?

In order to be divorced by any method in Florida, one of you must have resided here for at least six months. In order to file for uncontested divorce, you must have a parenting plan and child support worksheet (if applicable) as well as a marital settlement agreement distributing all property of the marriage. You must also, as in all cases, file a financial affidavit.
