I am being sued by a debt collector. I submitted a request for production of documents. The debt collector has not provided me with any of the requested documents. Are they required to provide them to me?

probably...it is not prudent to comment on what others did or not do without seeing forms, etc..did u file a sworn denial of the claim??...
