Just received a cost of living adjustment. I have two (2) questions; #1 if I have not received a cost of living increase from my job in over 6/7 years do I have to pay?, #2 My ex-wife has not filed a CIS, how do I request one be done to prove her income for the past few years?

Cost of living adjustments are automatic by probation. You having not received a pay increase is not a factor.there is no need for a CIS to be filed to receive a cost of living adjustment.
