Temporary Protection Order
What can i do to have a TPO lifted from someone i know, I do not fear for my life or my sons life. We plan on doing counseling and work this out among us. We have court on 4/9/2007 what can i do to help this matter?

You can have a lawyer show up with you and tell the Judge that you would like the TPO lifted. Then the Judge will ask you if you are in fear for your life, you answer appropriately and the Judge will lift it.
