what can you get charged with an a attempted robbery charge and no priors?
Answer
Robbery (not aggravated robbery) is a 2nd degree felony. (Aggravated robbery is a first degree felony.) To charge a person with "attempted" anything takes it down one degree so attempted robbery would be a 3rd degree felony carrying from 2 to 10 years in prison (and the possibility of deferred or probation.)
