You have 2 things to be concerned about...1) the conviction and 2) the sentence. As a conviction would effect the rest of your life, I would be primarily concerned with that. Without a thorough discussion of ALL the facts, and prior history, I have no idea what the sentence would be. I agree with Mr. Wallin but you should know that the maximum sentence for H&S Section 11361(b) is five years in prison.
