Question

I was recently in an accident in which I was 100% at fault. The person I hit isn't suing me and they didn't have any medical issues that I know of. Since they are not suing me, would it be possible for me to sue them to pay for my medical visits? I know it's my fault, but I really don't have the money to pay off these bills and I think they should have to pay something.

Answer

If it is your fault, it is your responsibility. You may be able to file a PIP claim under your own insurance policy if you purchased that type of coverage.

Answer

If not, you can file bankruptcy. See a bankruptcy attorney
