My legal Options

My mother in law is visiting us from out of country and she is

creating all sort of problems for me basically threatening me if I do not

sponsor her other daughter and son to USA obviously my wife is with her.

Now, do I have any legal options where I can call police and make her leave our house, house is jointly owned even though I am the sole earner in the home. She has been staying with us for nearly 5 weeks. After her moving out I will also start the Divorce process.
