several years ago i sold my property to a family member. They drew up and filed a quick claim deed, however, they never changed the financing to thier name. The property is now in foreclosure and has been derogetory on my credit for over two years now. Is there anything I can do leagally to get them to refinance the property to thier name?

No. I doubt the lender will approve.
