How is The Other Guys Unrated Version different from the PG-13 one?
Unrated means that it will have extremely innapropriate stuff, including stuff like porn.
No I doesn't. "Unrated" is simply a marketing ploy first introduce with
American Pie. ALL it means is there is additional footage added to or taken away from the theatrical version. The additional footage could be 5 minutes of topless women dancing around or 5 minutes of fully clad dudes singing Yankee Doodle Dandy. Extra content in any form gets it the unrated because it is different than the version that received the rating.
