If you've been convicted of a felony but they gave you defered judication will it show up on your record if you're still on probation .
Answer
If you got deferred, and it has not been revoked, then you have no conviction. The arrest will still appear with the notation of dismissal after deferred, once you have successfully completed it. Depending upon the offense, after a waiting period, you may be eligible for a nondisclosure order that will seal the information from the general public. Note that certain dismissals after deferred are considered convictions, particularly to certain federal agencies.
