I purchased a Mobile home that is located in a park in 2010, however, I have not yet trasfered the title to my name yet as I am unsure where to go to what it will cost. Can the original owners take back the mobile home if it's not in my name yet

If you have a bill of sale then it is yours, but to "perfect" title go to the Illinois Secretary of State and ASK.
