Can a xbox 360 play PlayStation games?
They cannot. The media (i.e. discs, files, etc) and the programmingare in completely different formats. Many games are cross-platform,so there are Xbox and Playstation versions of each, but not in allcases. Many of these games are also available on Mac/PC.
There are emulators that allow games originally ported to oneformat to be played on a different machine, however this usuallyapplies to older/retro games where by modern terms, the coding isless complex and easier for programmers to translate without issue.
