Can a landlord of a trailer park, tell people who they can and can not sell their trailer to? And can he go up on the rent without any kind of notice, and without doing anything to improve the park for that extra money?
Answer
You can sell property to anyone you choose to, but he can choose not to rent lot space to them. If you are on a month to month lease, he can change the rent each month. If you have a written long term lease, he must abide by the provisions written in that document.
