I have gotten a call from a investigator robert rios from perferred platinum saying that I would be charged with check fraud if i do not pay a bill but i never got a bill just a letter that says this is not a bill and do not send a payment and when i ask can they send me a bill they said no but they can fax me one but i do not have a fax machine so what should i do

Send them a letter demanding proof that you actually owe this bill and with

notice that otherwise you will not be sending them anything.
