What are the Rules for longest time hula hooping ever?

What are the Rules for longest time hula hooping ever?
According to http://thelongestlistofthelongeststuffatthelongestdomainnameatlonglast.com/;

You must use a standard size and weight hula hoop. The hoop may not dip below your hips or pass above your shoulders. If the hoop passes above your shoulders you're out. If the hoop passes below your hips you have 30 seconds to bring it back up without using your hands or you're out. If the hoop passes below your knees or touches the ground, you're out. You may not touch the hoop with your hands once you start or you're out. There are NO breaks. You must be at least 14 years old. If you're between 14 and 18 you must have your parents written permission to give it a go. The must film your entire attempt.
