I asked someone to babysit for me and at the end of the night she asked how much I was gonna pay her so I said ill give you 30 but ill have to give it to you tomorrow cause I didn't have any money on me. Ok well some things have come up and I haven't been able to pay her but I never said I wouldn't pay her. Now she's calling me non stop she come over to my house at like 12:00 am with her friends leaving voicemails now her mother is texting and calling me with the same threats is this legal and what should I do ? I never said I wouldn't pay her .
