My boyfriend just returned from prison, the jail set up a wellsfargo bank acct. He isn't working n since I didn't have a checking acct I used his acct to deposit my income tax chk. The office of the attorney general pit a lien on the acct for non.payment of child support, but the money in the acct was mines, can I get them to release my money n get my money back pls help.

Look at the notice they sent him when they "seized" the account. It will spell out what you need to do.
