Why don't the rear windows work in a 2000 Chrysler Sebring convertible?
Disassemble the rear doors and unplug the electric motor that moves the window. Check for voltage. The motors could be worn out, a fuse could be blown, gather any info you can find and post another question if you can't figure it out yourself.
