I was arrested for driving while license invalid(later dropped) went to jail and upon bailing out I was told I was also being charged with possession of marijuana less than 2g. I had no knowledge of the pot due to the fact that I was driving the truck home to have it looked at by a mechanic before buying, therefore the truck was not in my name. the truck was full of the previous owners clothes and tools. do I have any defense
