Question

I was charged with burglary and grand theft in April 2004. I was never convicted and had adjudication withheld. I have been trying to get approved to rent an apartment. Will I ever be able to be approved for an apartment without this coming up on a background check?

Answer

If you have no convictions on your record, you are eligible to have your record sealed. Please contact my office to discuss further if you wish to proceed. Thank you, Burt Stutchin 239 332-4922.
