Question

I had an affair with my married boss. he left their home but never divorced. there is only the 2 of us in this small office, and now he is trying to spend time with his wife and kids and end our relationship.can I sue for harassment? I was told by my friends to find another job and let him move on, and since ive posted so many pics online showing us tgether it proves I wanted to be there. do I have any recourse?

Answer

From the facts you provided, it appears he did not force you to have an affair. In fact, it appears it was quite voluntary. In any event, go to EEOC.gov to determine if you are a covered employee and if harassment actually occurred. If it did, you will have to file a charge with the EEOC before you can pursue a lawsuit.

  1. I was cheated on and forgave also but it totally destroyed me and my self esteem. I don't believe some people realize the depth of pain this causes. I will never fully trust my spouse again and that's heartbreaking to me. I caught her cheating with the help of a Spy App that was sent to me by a cyber programmer {hackingloop6 @ gmail . com}.That's after several cheating suspicions and denial that I decided to go through finding. I truly hope to get over it. It's a rough road to travel recovering from an affair. I also hope that she learned something and never does it again at least for our kids sake..{hackingloop} is also reachable on WhatsApp + 1 484 540- 0785,contact him if you feel your spouse might be cheating on U.
