I just was served with child custody/ visitation papers from the "father" of my child who abandoned us after i told him i was pregnant and has never paid child support or even made an effort to speak or visit the child.He has spent the last six years denying to friends and family that the was his. Can i get him denied? and can i get a low income lawyer? Thank You
