If i was given a ticket for possession of drug paraphernalia (Class C) , but I actually had a small bag with a very ( and I mean VERY) small amount of marijuana. my question is: If i was given Poss of Drug Par. but technically did not have drug paraphernalia, can it be dismissed?

and also... this is my first offense and I am 17. What is going to happen? I am very worried.

You are very lucky,. You need to get a deferred disposition so this can eventually be dismissed. You would be best served to hire a lawyer.
