what are my chances of beating an order of protection filed against me by my ex girlfriend? in the petition she claimed that in nov. of 2011 i forced myself on her,covered her mouth, and held her hostage in her room but she never filed a police report and doesnt included exact dates. she also claimed that in jan. of 2012 i would show up to her school to harass her but doesnt include exact dates and never filed a police report for this either. i have proof(facebook messages) that were still together during these times
