my foreclosure was dismissed with prejuduce, the bank has served me again for foreclosure, i have read they cant bring a foreclosure again, my attorney seems to think they can, what should i do

Bring the information you have read to the attention of your attorney and ask him to advise. If you are not satisfyed with your attorny's answer, seek alternative legal counsel.
