Turn the key to "ON" (don't start it) and listen for the hummm of the fuel pump. If you can't hear it, have someone turn it to "on" while you listen with the gas cap off. Further, you may want test the fuel pressure, you can research how to do that on YouTube. All of engine operation comes down to three things: You must have Fuel, Spark and Compression for an engine to run. I can guarantee you, it is one of those.
